AUTHORIZATION FOR SHIPMENTS OF FRESH FUEL USING THE MODEL NOS. MAP-12 AND MAP-13
Dear Timothy Tate:
As requested by your letter dated January 23, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML25023A267), pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 71, the Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 9319 for the Model Nos.
MAP-12 and MAP-13 packages is amended to authorize shipments, as follows:
(1) Authorization is for an unlimited number of shipments of fresh fuel to support continued reactor operations.
(2) The packages maybe used with the ³as-built' configuration of fillet weld callout along with the clerical labeling error of part number 55 depicted in drawing number 9045402 Rev. 6 referenced in CoC Condition No. 5(a)(3).
(3) All other conditions of CoC No. 9319 shall remain the same.
(4) This authorization shall expire on June 30, 2026.
