By email transmittal (ML23220A017) dated August 9th, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (USNRC) staff accepted the subject topical report. Attached to this email youll find the updated form for the USNRC staff topical report completeness determination for the submittal of GE-Hitachi BWRX-300 Steel-Plate Composite Containment Vessel (SCCV) and Reactor Building (RB) Structural Design. This updated form reflects both the new Draft Safety Evaluation issuance date and the estimated total review hours which includes the additional review for revision 3. At the time of issuing this updated form we are assuming no RAIs, however, if information needs cant be resolved in audit space and an RAI is necessary, GEH will be notified of the target dates for RAI issuance and any associated changes to schedule or resources. This updated schedule remains dependent on several factors, such as the timeframe for resolution of technical issues, or other unanticipated factors.
