By email transmittal (ML23220A017) dated August 9th, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (USNRC) staff accepted the subject topical report. Attached to this email youll find the updated form for the USNRC staff topical report completeness determination for the submittal of GE-Hitachi BWRX-300 Steel-Plate Composite Containment Vessel (SCCV) and Reactor Building (RB) Structural Design. This updated form reflects the new RAI and Draft Safety Evaluation issuance dates due to the schedule adjustment. The schedule adjustment stems from a delay in receiving reference material and our agreement to extend the audit. This updated schedule remains dependent on several factors, such as the timeframe for resolution of technical issues, or other unanticipated factors.
