OF THE AUGUST 28, 2024, CLOSED MEETING WITH TERRESTRIAL USA INC., PRINCIPAL DESIGN CRITERIA FOR IMSR STRUCTURES, SYSTEMS, AND COMPONENTS TOPICAL REPORT - REV C, REVIEW DISCUSSION (EPID NO. L-2021-TOP-0034)
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff held a closed meeting with Terrestrial Energy USA Inc. (TEUSA) on August 28, 2024, to discuss the Principal Design Criteria for IMSR Structures, Systems, and Components Topical Report-Revision C. The purpose of this meeting was for the NRC staff to ask clarifying questions to support their review of the subject topical report submitted for the NRC staffs review on July 19, 2024 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML24204A092).
The meeting notice can be found in ADAMS (ML24227A984). This meeting notice was posted on the NRC public website as a closed meeting because the discussion involved proprietary information that is being withheld from public disclosure. Enclosure 1 provides the list of meeting attendees. Enclosure 2 contains the questions and feedback discussed during the closed meeting. Enclosure 2 contains proprietary information and therefore, is not available to the public.
