NAC International Inc. (NAC) hereby submits a supplement to our original Amendment 14 request for the MAGNASTOR Cask System. The changes proposed in Amendment 14 should also be included as a CoC revision for Amendments 13. Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 2 Solutions (TMI2S) intends to implement the revised certificate of compliance for the MAGNASTOR system, Amendment 13 within the specified time. The TMI2S letter intent to adopt the revised CoC is provided in Enclosure 1.
