RENEWED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 FINAL SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT REVISION OL-27 AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION BASES REVISION 25 Callaway Plant In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.71(e) and 10 CFR 50.4(b)(6), Union Electric Company (Ameren Missouri) herewith submits Revision OL-27 to the Callaway Plant Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) (Standard Plant and Site Addendum), as well as Revision 25 to the Callaway Plant Technical Specification Bases (TS Bases). Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.71(e), these revisions reflect all of the changes made to the plant during the period from submittal of the last FSAR and TS Bases update (December 27, 2022) to 6 months prior to the date of this filing.
These documents are being transmitted in electronic format in accordance with the guidance of Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2001-05, dated January 25, 2001. With respect to the FSAR, redacted and non-redacted versions are maintained due to the inclusion of sensitive unclassified, non-safeguards information (SUNS!) in the FSAR (as identified and affirmed in response to RIS 2015-17, dated December 23, 2015). Two CD-ROMs are therefore provided with this submittal. One CD-ROM provides a public/redacted copy of the Callaway Plant FSAR. A second CD-ROM provides a copy of the nonpublic/unredacted portions of the Callaway Plant FSAR, which includes SUNS I material that should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(l).
In addition to the updated FSAR and TS Bases, the enclosed CD-ROM includes the Callaway Plant Operating License and Technical Specifications, as updated through April 10, 2024. Also included are

ULNRC-06877 May 6, 2024 Page 2 of 4 "FSAR Change Log" and "TS Bases Change Log" files that provide information on the FSAR Change Notices that were incorporated into FSAR Revision OL-27 and on the TS Bases Change Notices that were incorporated into TS Bases Revision 25, respectively.
In connection with this update, and in light of Callaway Plant's renewed Operating License, a review of changes subject to inclusion per 10 CFR 54.37(B) was performed for the period of May 30, 2022 through November 6, 2023. The review did not find any newly identified systems, structures, or components that would have been subject to an aging management review or evaluation oftime-limited aging analyses in accordance with 10 CFR 54.21.
