The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has reviewed your submittal to extend the due date for the programmatic integrated safety analysis (ISA) summary request for additional information (RAI)-10, issued as RAI set 8 on March 25, 2024 (ML23354A165). The NRC staff agrees that the RAI-10 is related to some of the other programmatic ISA RAIs 1-9 requested to be supplemented via letter dated April 2, 2024 (ML24082A204).
The NRC staff approves TRISO-Xs request to move the due date for the response to the ISA Summary RAI-10 to June 1, 2024.
Note: the NRC staff recommends that TRISO-X provide a draft of the RAI-10 response to the NRC in advance of the formal submittal, and hold calls, as needed, with the NRC staff to confirm resolution of the issues identified in the RAI.
