CALENDAR YEAR 2023 REACTOR OVERSIGHT PROCESS BASELINE INSPECTION PROGRAM COMPLETION REGION III The purpose of this memorandum is to confirm that the required baseline inspections for which Region III is responsible have been completed 100 percent for the calendar year 2023 inspection cycle in accordance with Inspection Manual Chapter 2515, Light-Water Reactor Inspection Program - Operations Phase. Enclosed is a table that provides the completion status of baseline procedures for all Region III sites (IR Report 8a). Please note that this table does not include the status for procedures associated with the security and safeguards inspection program; however, we have completed the baseline inspections associated with security and safeguards for which we are responsible.
