BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 1 - CORRECTION OF ERROR INCURRED DURING ISSUANCE OF LICENSE AMENDMENT NO. 332 (EPID L-2023-LLA-0035)
Dear Mr. Barstow:
The purpose of this letter is to issue a correction to the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant (Browns Ferry), Unit 1, Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-33.
During issuance of the subject amendment (Agencywide Documents and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML23205A213) on September 8, 2023, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Browns Ferry, Unit 1, Technical Specification (TS) page 3.4-21 with the word to missing from between the words action and restore in Required Action B.1. The marked-up page in the license amendment request, dated March 10, 2023 (ML23069A100),
showed the proposed Required Action B.1 with the word to included.
The NRC concludes that this correction is entirely editorial in nature and does not change the staffs previous conclusion in the safety evaluation for issuance of Amendment No. 332, nor does it affect the no significant hazards considerations, as published in the Federal Register on May 16, 2023 (88 FR 31285).
Enclosed, please find corrected TS page 3.4-21 for Browns Ferry, Unit 1.
