ACCEPTANCE OF GLOBAL LASER ENRICHMENT LLC SUBMISSION OF PROGRAM CYBER-SECURITY PLAN FOR NEW HEADQUARTERS (ENTERPRISE PROJECT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER L-2023-SPR-0011)
Dear Pat Jenny:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has completed its acceptance review of your submission for approval for the Program Cyber-Security Plan for a new headquarters facility via letter dated September 21, 2023, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML23283A247). The NRC staff did not identify any administrative omissions or deficiencies and determined that the application provides sufficient information to proceed with a detailed technical review. The application has been assigned Enterprise Project Identification Number L-2023-SPR-0011. Please reference this number and Docket Number 7007033 in any future correspondence associated with this request.
Please note that the NRC staffs technical review of your application may identify the need for additional information. Based on the preliminary evaluation of your application and our review schedule projections, we anticipate completing our review by November 30, 2023. Our projected schedule includes the issuance, if needed, of a request for additional information (RAI) by November 6, 2023. Please note that these dates could change depending on the findings of our technical review, urgent assignments, or other factors, such as whether your responses to the RAIs resolve the issues. The NRC staff estimates that completing the review of your submittal will require approximately 15 staff hours, which corresponds to about
$4,500.00 (at $300.00/hour). We will promptly communicate significant schedule and/or cost changes, if any.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of the NRCs ADAMS.
