ACCEPTANCE LETTER FOR THE REVIEW OF THE MODEL NOS. AOS-025, AOS-050, AND AOS-100 PACKAGES
Dear Troy Hedger:
By letter dated July 19, 2023 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System
[ADAMS] Accession No. ML23201A050), you submitted an amendment request for the Model Nos. AOS-025, AOS-050, and AOS-100 package. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff performed an acceptance review of your application to determine if it contained sufficient technical information in scope and depth to allow the staff to complete a detailed technical review.
The application appears to contain the necessary information to begin our detailed technical review. We have established a schedule for the review of your application which allows for the staff to issue a possible request for additional information by October 15, 2023, and a certificate of compliance and safety evaluation report by November 30, 2023. The staff estimates that completing the safety review of this application will require approximately 60 staff hours, corresponding to $18,000.
