Mr. Saverot:
Alpha-Omega Services, Inc. (AOS) would like to request an amendment to Certificate of Complianc e No. 9316. The scope of the amendment request is to update the Containment System bolting analysis in Chapter 4. The updated analysis includes an evaluation of a range of torque values for the Cask Lid Attachment Bolts - all models. We are also making some minor editorial changes.
