This change incorporates changes per CP 020292 (Substation Transformers NO. 8, 9, 10 & 11 and Breakers Replacement R25) removes breakers switchyard breakers 13-8 and 13-48 and replaces them with new switchyard breakers 13-49 and 13-50, respectively. This change in breakers is detailed on WIP-KD-7496-073-B-1, R0. XX-E-013 Appendix 3 references the 13-8 and 13-48 breaker numbers. This CCN changes the breaker numbers referenced in Appendix 3 to 13-49 and 13-50.
