Dear Wyatt Padgett:
By letter dated November 4, 2022 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System
[ADAMS] Accession No. ML22311A536), Louisiana Energy Services (LES), dba URENCO USA submitted a license amendment request to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission requesting approval of the Enrichment Technology-United States Standard Practices Procedure Plan for the Protection of Classified Matter. On February 3, 2023, LES submitted a revised plan for approval (ML23034A237). Our review of your submittal has identified that additional information is needed before final action can be taken.
The additional information, specified in the enclosure, should be provided within 30 days from the date of this letter.
The enclosure to this letter contains sensitive, security related information, and is therefore deemed Official Use Only. Therefore, it will not be placed in the Public Document Room, nor will it be publicly available in ADAMS.
The Enclosure transmitted by this letter contains Security Related Information.
