Reference:
- 1) License Amendment Request (LAR) 22-03 Request for Approval of the ETC-US SPPP, dated 11/18/2022 (LES-22-143-NRC)
In Reference 1, Louisiana Energy Services (LES), dba Urenco USA (UUSA) requested approval of the ETC-US Standard Practices Procedure Plan (SPPP) for the Protection of Classified Matter. Following discussions with NRC staff, UUSA has revised the draft ETC-US SPPP and is resubmitting for approval. This submittal should replace reference 1. describes this change and the proposed amendment to SNM-2010. Enclosure 2 includes Revision 0 of the proposed ETC-US Standard Practices Procedure Plan (SPPP) for the Protection of Classified Matter.
The Enclosures contain Security-Related Information and disclosure to the public could present security vulnerability. Accordingly, the enclosures should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
