ZionSolutionsplanstocontinuetorelyontheNRCapprovedLTPastherehasbeennochangetohowtheLTPdescribes thefinalstatussurveyprocessusedtodemonstratethattheZionNuclearPowerStation(ZNPS)facilityandsitecomply withtheradiologicalcriteriaforunrestrictedusespecifiedin10CFR20.1402.Therehavebeennochangesthataffect ZionSolutionsmethodsfordemonstratingthatthesitewillcomplywith10CFR20.1402.Themethodforcalculatingthe doseandtheresultantdoseisunchanged.ZionSolutionshasimplementedtheDRPSurveyPlantoprovidereasonable assurancethatwehaveconductedsurveysadequatetodetectandremediateDRPs.Thereisnocompliancedose contributionfromDRPs.Thebasisfortheterminationofthelicenseisthedemonstrationthatthecompliancedose satisfies10CFR20.1402.
