Stewart Schneider January 2022, the Commission issued SRM-SECY-18-0058 approving the final rule. The final rule is currently in the second phase of post-SRM production (Office of Management and Budget review). Final rule is expected to be published by the end of CY 2022.

Stewart Schneider January 2022, the Commission issued SRM-SECY-18-0058 approving the final rule. The final rule was published on March 14, 2023 (88 FR 15864).
