STAFF REQUIREMENTS - SECY-17-0099 - PROPOSED RULE
- CYBER SECURITY AT FUEL CYCLE FACILITIES (RIN 3150-AJ64; NRC-2015-0179)
The Commission has approved the staffs request to withdraw the subject SECY paper. The staff should provide a recommendation to the Commission on a path forward on this proposed rule as part of its efforts related to Executive Order 14192, Unleashing Prosperity Through Deregulation and Executive Order 14300, Ordering the Reform of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
