U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION RESPONSE TO FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA) REQUEST PART I.D -- COMMENTS NRC RESPONSE NUMBER 1

2019-000307 11 I

RESPONSE D TYPE INTERIM j.; I FINAL Based on the records you requested, we tasked the program offices most likely to have responsive records - the Office of Enforcement, the Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards, and Region 1. None of these offices located any responsive records. In addition, using "Nassau Tool Works" and "34 Lamar Street" as search terms, we searched ADAMS (the NRC's official record-keeping repository) for any responsive records and did not locate any. We note that, according to the website of Air Industries Group (which acquired Nassau Took Works in 2012), https://www.airindustriesgroup.com/

subsidiaries/nassau-tool-works/, Nassau Took Works supplied components for the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy. You may wish to submit FOIA requests to these agencies for any records they may have. Here are the links to their FOIA webpages:
