Document ANP-2718P-007 from Public Disclosure By letter dated July 21, 2022 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Package Accession No. ML22202A429), Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp. submitted a reanalysis of the protection against low temperature reactor coolant system overpressure events for Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1 (Davis-Besse) to extend operation to 52 effective full power years (EFPY). The letter included a proprietary version of Framatome document ANP-2718P-007, Appendix G Pressure-Temperature Limits for 52 EFPY for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, an affidavit from Framatome Inc. requesting that the information in this document be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) section 2.390, and Framatome document ANP-2718NP-007, which is the non-proprietary version of ANP-2718P-007. By letter dated September 19, 2022 (ADAMS Package Accession No. ML22262A151), Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp.
submitted a corrected version of Framatome document ANP-2718NP-007, which replaced the previous version in its entirety.
By electronic mail dated September 23, 2022, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff issued a request for additional information (RAI) to complete its determination regarding the request for withholding information from public disclosure

Enclosure A provides an affidavit from Framatome Inc. requesting that the confidential commercial information in Framatome documents ANP-2718P-007 and ANP-2718-007Q1 P, Revision O be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390. Enclosure B contains proprietary Framatome Inc. document ANP-2718-007O1 P, Revision 0, which provides the RAI response, including the corrected information to be withheld from public disclosure. Enclosure C contains Framatome Inc. document ANP-2718-007O1 NP, Revision 0, which is the non-proprietary version of Enclosure B.
