.t Ameren Missouri Response to NRC Requests for Additional Information On February 8, 2022, Ameren Missouri (Union Electric Company) submitted a license amendment request (LAR) to the NRC, in order to revise the Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP) for the Callaway Plant, as proposed for Revision 54 to the plan (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML22039A318). The proposed changes to the RERP would remove the normal hours response and activation goal and extend the State and counties follow-up notification goals. In order to complete their review of the application, the NRC staff provided the following requests for additional information to facilitate the technical review being conducted by the NRC staff.
REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (RAI)
RAI 1
Request 1.a: Provide a letter or other document indicating that the State and EPZ counties agree with the proposed changes to the Callaway Plant RERP.

Additionally, these letters document that for each of these stakeholders, there either will be no impact to the corresponding radiological emergency response plan(s) or that the corresponding emergency response plan(s) will be revised as needed to be consistent with the proposed changes to the Callaway Plant RERP. to ULNRC-06755 July 13, 2022 Page 2 of 2
