RENEWED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 RESPONSE TO REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR PROPOSED REVISION TO RADIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN REGARDING RESPONSE AND NOTIFICATION GOALS On February 8, 2022, Ameren Missouri (Union Electric Company) submitted a license amendment request (LAR) to the NRC, in order to revise the Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP) for the Callaway Plant, as proposed for Revision 54 to the plan (Reference 1). The proposed changes to the RERP would remove the normal hours response and activation goal and extend the State and counties follow-up notification goals. This letter is submitted in order to respond to a request for additional information (RAI) electronically received (via e-mail) from the NRC on June 15, 2022 (Reference 2). The responses to the individual requests/questions contained in the RAI are provided in the enclosures to this letter.

With regard to categorical exclusion for No Significant Hazards Consideration, environmental impact statement, and environmental assessment, the information in the attachment to this letter has no impact on the conclusions reached in the Reference 1 LAR.

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91, Notice for public comment; State consultation, Section (b)(l), a copy ofthis supplement to the Reference 1 LAR is being provided to the designated Missouri State official. This supplement was reviewed by the Callaway Plant Onsite Review Committee.
