By letter dated December 17, 2021 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML21351A266), Global Nuclear Fuels - Americas (GNF-A) submitted to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for review and approval the following Topical Reports (TRs) NEDO-33377P, Revision 4, LANCR02 Lattice Physics Model Qualification Report, NEDO-33935P, Revision 0, LANCR02/PANAC11 Application Methodology, and NEDC-33376P, Revision 4, LANCR02 Lattice Physics Model Description.
The NRC staff technical review of these TRs is ongoing. The NRC staff determined that a regulatory audit is needed in order to facilitate the review. The NRC staff will perform a closed virtual regulatory audit on June 28 through 30, 2022. Enclosed for your information is a copy of the plan the NRC staff will follow during the audit.
