In the Reference 1 letter, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) provided Louisiana Energy Services LLC, dba Urenco USA (UUSA), an Interim Authority to Operate (IATO) it's classified networks.
Reference 1 included five specific conditions that requested additional information.
Reference 2 documented completion of Specific Conditions 4 and 5. In accordance with the timeline established in Reference 3 and Specific Conditions 1, 2 and 3 introduced in Reference 1, UUSA herein provides the NRC a Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M),
addressing Specific Conditions 1, 2 and 3. Enclosure 1 provides this POA&M. contains Security Related Information and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1) and RIS 2005-31.
