Partial Response to IATO Specific Conditions

USA The National Enrichment Facility In Reference 1, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) provided an Interim Authority to Operate (IATO) classified networks. Reference 1 also included 5 specific conditions that requested additional information. For specific conditions 4 and 5, Louisiana Energy Services LLC, dba Urenco USA (UUSA) provided electronic copies of the requested information in August and September. Following a discussion with the NRC on October 22, 2021, UUSA is supplementing and revising the information previously provided for these conditions. Enclosure 1 provides UUSAs response to specific conditions 4 and 5. contains Security Related Information and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1) and RIS 2005-31.
