Helton, Director Division of Fuel Management Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards, Issuance Of Materials License No. SNM-2515 For The WCS Consolidated Interim Storage Facility Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (Docket No. 72-1050), dated September 13, 2021 The referenced letter forwarded Materials License No. SNM-2515 to ISP for the WCS Consolidated Interim Storage Facility Independent Spent Fuel Storage, with a Date of Issuance of September 13, 2021. In accordance with 10 CFR 72.70(a)(1), Interim Storage Partners (ISP) LLC herewith submits an original FSAR for the WCS CISF. This Revision 0 version of the FSAR is based on the latest issued SAR (Revision 5) submitted with the application and reflects changes developed during the license review process.
This submittal includes proprietary information, which may not be used for any purpose other than NRC staff use of the FSAR. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, Enclosure 1 includes affidavits pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390 for ISP, TN Americas, and NAC International specifically requesting that the NRC withhold this proprietary information from public disclosure. This submittal also includes security-related information, which should be withheld under 10 CFR 2.390. The Proprietary version of the FSAR is provided as Enclosure 2. The public version is provided as Enclosure 3.
