Dear Ms. Helton:
This letter is in regard to Docket No. 71-9355. The purpose of this letter is to request revision of Certificate of Compliance (CoC) Number 9355 for the 435-B Package, Package Identification Number USA/9355/B(U)-96. Upon review of the CoC Revision 3 the design agency and users discovered that some of the content listing did not match that of the Safety Analysis Report.
We request that the CoC be revised to include the correct content listings. As suggested by the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Project Manager, the attachment to this request include a desired CoC revision with correct content listings and minor changes to listed tables to assist the users of the package.
