Outputs from the test cabinet ere for the Engineered Safety Features which con not be fully actuated durmg normal plant operation. The E. S.F. signal and the continuity test ci rcui I for these devices ore combined cs an output from the test cabinet, for circuits of the scmie vitality. Continuity test will ver i fy aperotion of the output relay and also check continuity of the actuator circuit.
Only one SSPS train end only one actuation relay con be tested ct a time.
