Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.71(e), 10 CFR 50.54(a)(3), and 10 CFR 50.4(b)(6), Pacific Gas ano Electric Company (PG&E) hereby submits Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP) "Updated Final Safety Analysis Report" (UFSAR), Revision 26. contains a summary of changes to the UFSAR resulting from 10 CFR 50.59 evaluations. Enclosure 2 provides a list of license amendments that resulted in changes incorporated into Revision 26 of ~he DCPP UFSAR. contains the DCPP UFSAR, Revision 26, including the drawings listed on UFSAR Table 1.6-1, on one Digital Versatile Disc (DVD), labeled "Diablo Canyon Power Plant UFSAR,,Revision 26 (non-redacted), dated September 2021." The contents are in Adobe Acrobat portable document format. Enclosure 3 contains sensitive information and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1). provides a list of the information that has been redacted in accordance with NRG Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2015-17, "Review and Submission of Updates to Final Safety Analysis Reports, Emergency Preparedness Documents, and Fire Protection Documents." contains one DVD for DCPP UFSAR, Revision 26, with the redacted information identified in Enclosure 4 removed. This DVD is labeled, "Diablo Canyon Power Plant UFSAR, Revision 26 (redacted), dated S,eptember 2021."
