Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the NRC staff or make comments about the issues discussed following the business portion of the meeting; however, the NRC is not actively soliciting comments towards regulatory decisions at this meeting.

Purpose:

The purpose of this meeting between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) is to discuss a proposed license amendment regarding removal of the license condition 2.C.(12)(D) that requires repair of reactor vessel stud hole number 35 prior to the period of extended operation from the Unit 2 license.
