Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC is requesting a change to the certificate holder for Nuclear Regulatory Commission Certificate of Compliance (CoC) Number 9979, Model No. 9979:

To: Battelle Savannah River Alliance, LLC.

This change is requested to accompany the previous request for renewal of the CoC submitted to NRC on July 14, 2021 of the letter dated June 18, 2021 from the Savannah River National Laboratory, Kurt Eberl. The Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) fully separated from Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC, on June 21, 2021 and on that date Battelle Savannah River Alliance, LLC became the new management and operating contractor of SRNL from the US Department of Energy.
Battelle Savannah River Alliance, LLC will assume all responsibilities of the CoC holder.
