Mid-Year Inspection Plan Appendix C Inspections for Approval Jack, the below list of Appendix C inspections to be communicated to licensees with issuance of the mid-year inspection planning letters is provided for your review and approval:

Inspection Plant Title of Inspection Procedure Reason Dates Procedure Phase 3 inspection. The licensee did not complete several Post-Approval Site Inspection commitments - couldn't be closed out during the Phase 2 Davis-Besse 71003 6/6-10/21 for License Renewal inspection in 2017. Delay is due to long-lead time to complete commitments.

LaSalle Unit Post-Approval Site Inspection Unit 1 only - Phase 2 inspection. This inspection is required by 71003 1/10-1/28/21 1 for License Renewal IMC 2516 prior to the period of extended operation.

10 CFR 50.69 Risk-Informed Categorization and Treatment of Monticello 37060 Required inspection for the implementation of 10 CFR 50.69 5/2-20/21 Structures, Systems, and Components Inspection 10 CFR 50.69 Risk-Informed Prairie Categorization and Treatment of 37060 Required inspection for the implementation of 10 CFR 50.69 6/6-24-21 Island Structures, Systems, and Components Inspection Prairie Contingency Plans for Licensee 92709 12/31/2021 QC Inspectors 12/31/2021 Island Strikes or Lockouts Implementation of Licensee Prairie 92711 Contingency Plans During a 12/31/2021 QC Inspectors 12/31/2021 Island Strike/Lockout Both Units - Phase 4 inspection. This is being performed due to Prairie Post-Approval Site Inspection programmatic deficiencies identified at Monticello and trend of 71003 7/18-22/21 Island for License Renewal aging issues at PI. Was previously approved in EOC 2019; however inspection was delayed due to COVID-19.

Post-Approval Site Inspection Both Units - Phase 4 inspection. This is being performed due to a Quad Cities 71003 11/14-18/21 for License Renewal trend in aging-related issues.

Regarding the plan to conduct IP 37060 at Monticello and Prairie Island, but not at other licensees that have been approved for the 50.69 program, XCEL is planning to implement he 50.69 programs at Monticello and Prairie Island. Both Monticello and Prairie Island are actively characterizing systems and pursuing alternate treatments where possible. The other licensees have not scheduled implementation, yet.
