APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT NO. 10 TO THE MODEL NO. MAGNASTOR STORAGE CASK - SECOND REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Dear Mr. Fowler:
By letter dated December 9, 2019 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML19345E594), as supplemented on May 13, 2020 (ADAMS Accession No. ML20143A102), February 25, 2021 (ADAMS Package Accession No. ML21067A041), and April 20, 2021 (ADAMS Accession No. ML21118A043), NAC International (NAC) submitted an application for Amendment No. 10 to the Model No. MAGNASTOR storage cask. The application proposes to add a new metal storage overpack.
In connection with our review, we need the information identified in the enclosures to this letter.
The request for additional information (RAI) requested in this letter should be submitted in the form of revised safety analysis report pages. Please provide your response within 2 months from the date of this letter.
Please reference Docket No. 72-1031 and Enterprise Project Identifier (EPID) No.
