8 Strategies for Effective Writers Every document is unique so there's no one size fits all! Here are some practices you can apply!
- 1. Assignment and Alignment Consider who will be the reader and what their interests/needs are.
Provide an outline of the document and align with decisionmakers on scope and key contents.

Use a graded approach to determining quality expectations, depending on the document type.
