OF THE JUNE 1, 2021, MEETING BETWEEN THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION STAFF AND ANALYSIS AND MEASUREMENT SERVICES CORPORATION (EPID: L-2020-TOP-0037)
On June 1, 2021, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff met with representatives from Analysis and Measurement Services Corporation (AMS). The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the AMS response to staff request for additional information (RAI) questions. Information related to the meeting, including presentations and the attendees list, can be found in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)

The first part of the meeting was open while the latter part was closed because proprietary information was discussed. In both parts, the NRC staff and AMS engaged in clarification discussions of the RAI responses. In addition, the staff asked questions regarding the nature of information identified as proprietary in the RAI responses. Based on these proprietary information discussions, the NRC staff stated it was in a better position to complete the withholding determination and issue its findings.
There were no significant positions taken or any actions resulting from the meeting.
