As discussed in the above-referenced pre-application meeting, GNS Gesellschaft fOr Nuklear-Service mbH applies for NRC license of its CASTOR geo69 spent nuclear fuel dry storage system in accordance with Title 10 Part 72 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
