Dear Mr. Tate:
This is in response to your letter dated January 28, 2021 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession Number ML21028A753), transmitting your triennial update to the Decommissioning Funding Plan for the Richland facility.
Our review of Framatomes submittal has identified additional information that is needed before final action can be taken. The additional information specified in the enclosure should be provided to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) within 30 days from the date of this letter. Please reference Enterprise Project Identification Number L-2021-DFA-0000 and Docket Number 70-1257 in your response.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of the NRCs ADAMS. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
