Letter from P.R. Simpson (Exelon Generation Company, LLC) to U.S. NRC, "Disbursement of Decommissioning Trust Funds," dated March 30, 2021 In the Reference, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) provided notice to the NRC that in 2017, 2019, and 2020, disbursements for decommissioning planning costs were made from the trusts without providing advance notice to the NRC and without an opportunity for the NRC to object. The table provided in the Reference letter had an incorrect value for the total disbursed for Unit 1. The correct total amount of funds disbursed for Unit 1 is $382,009.10 and is reflected below.
