Dear Mr. Padgett:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has reviewed the letter dated October 27, 2020, requesting approval of a classified network change and revision of associated information system security plans. We have concluded that the proposed change is acceptable. Pursuant to Part 70 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR),
Materials License SNM-2010, Condition 10 is hereby amended to read to as follows:
10.aa Deleted per Amendment 82.
ab URENCO USA Facility, Classified Operations System Information System Security Plan (UUSA-COS-ISSP), Revision 0.
ac Deleted per Amendment 89.
ad URENCO USA Facility, Enhanced Training System Information System Security Plan (UUSA-ETS-ISSP), Revision 5.
ae URENCO USA Facility, Information System Security Baseline Common Control Catalog, Revision 3.
In addition, a typographical error has been corrected by amending Condition 10.af to read as follows:
10.af Decommissioning Financial Assurance submitted by letter dated December 12, 2019 and revised by e-mail dated April 2, 2020 and letter dated October 12, 2020.
Documents transmitted herewith contain Security-Related and Proprietary Information. When separated from the sensitive conditions on Pages 13-16 of and Enclosure 3, this document is decontrolled.

OFFICIAL USE ONLY-SECURITY-RELATED/PROPRIETARY INFORMATION Enclosed are copies of the amended license (Enclosure 1), the safety evaluation report (Enclosure 2), and the Authorizing Official Approval (Enclosure 3). This amendment completes action on your request. Enterprise Project Identification No. L-2021-LLA-0008 is considered CLOSED.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter, and the non-sensitive portions of the enclosures will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room and the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html. The sensitive conditions in the license will be withheld from the public.
