Request for Approval of Classified Network Change and Revision of Associated ISSPs (LAR 20-02)
Pursuant to 10 CFR 9519(a), Louisiana Energy Services (LES), dba URENCO USA (UUSA),
hereby requests NRC approval of an amendment to materials license SNM-2010. UUSA plans to install a security monrtoring system on the classified UUSA networks and revise the associated Information System Secunty Plans. provides the background, proposed change and basis for approval of the change to UUSA's classified networks. The enclosure also describes the proposed revision to the ISSPs and proposed change to SNM-2010. Enclosure 2 and Enclosure 3 provide markups of the draft ISSP revisions. Enclosure 4 provides a new ISSP.
The Enclosures contain Security-Related Information and disclosure to the public could present security vulnerability. Accordingly, the enclosures should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1) and RIS 2005-31.
