Dear Mr. Pratt:
By letter dated September 17, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML20273A108), you submitted an application for a Certificate of Compliance (CoC) for the Model No. D2W Power Unit in the D2G Power Unit Shipping Container. The package is designed to transport the D2W Power Unit. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff performed an acceptance review of your application and determined it contains sufficient technical information in scope and depth to allow the staff to complete a detailed technical review.
We have established a schedule for the review and estimate that the staff may need approximately 400 hours0.00463 days <br />0.111 hours <br />6.613757e-4 weeks <br />1.522e-4 months <br /> to complete its review. The schedule allows for the staff to issue a request for additional information (RAI) in March 2021 and, if a second RAI is not needed, a CoC in August 2021, based on you responding to the first RAI in July 2021. In general, no additional changes to the application should be submitted except for changes resulting from your response to an RAI.
