SUBJECT:

Fitzpatrick, ISI Remote Inspection - Supplemental Request for Information As previously discussed, the following is a list of communication and documentation items that have been requested in support of a remote review of the Fitzpatrick Nuclear Power Station, In-Service Inspection (ISI) which will begin on September 21, 2020. Please contact me if you have questions regarding any of the requested information.

A. Communications

1. Setup the entrance and exit meeting via teleconference. We can adjust the date of the exit meeting pending receipt of all needed documentation.
2. Daily meetings
a. Morning status call to discuss ongoing NDE and welding activities. Needed staff include the ISI and NDE point of contact(s).
3. Periodic meetings
a. For selected NDE samples, setup a teleconference or WebEx meeting for the NRC inspector to participate in the pre-job briefing. If any problems are encountered during the exam or if any indications are identified, then setup a post-job briefing.

B. Documentation Needs

1. Selected NDE Samples (PAUT, UT, MT, PT, RT, VT) o Procedure for examination, analysis, and calibration o Scan plan and previous data for UT exams o Qualification and Certifications for examiners and reviewers o Calibration record o NDE analysis/disposition/report/record o Photographs, if available o Condition Reports generated due to this examination o Teleconference number for pre-job brief (and post-job if applicable)

2. Selected Welding Samples o Provide the same documentation needed for the Selected NDE Samples as shown above. In addition, provide the specific welding documents below.

o Weld map and traveler o Welding procedure (i.e. WPS) o Welders qualifications o Weld rod tickets o Photographs, if available. Those taken in conjunction with the NDE are fine.

o Condition Reports generated in conjunction with this welding activity.
