- of activities at your Crystal River facility was generally characterized as
satisfactory. We are concerned, however, about two violations of NRC requirements that were identified. In the area of Engineering, a violation , was identified for noncompliance with the requirements of your corrective ! action program, pertaining to discrepancies found in the Final Safety Analysis Report. In the area of Plant Su) port, a violation was identified for i decreased effectiveness of the P1ysical Security Plan after a revision. These violations are cited in the enclosed Notice of Violation, and the circumstances surrounding the violations are described in detail in the enclosed report. .Please note that you are required to respond to this letter and should follow the instructions specified in the enclosed Notice when preparing your response. The NRC will use your response, in part, to determine whether further enforcement action is necessary to ensure compliance- wit.h regulatory requirements. ! l l l
