SAMPLING AT THE JET PUMP FLOW TRANSMITTERS USING A BECKMAN SOLU COMP CONDUCTIVITY CELL MODULE The procedure was revised LCP-310-33 to allow alternate sampling locations from the
! Jet Pump Number S flow transmitter 1(2)B21-N034), and Jet Pump Number 15 flow transmitter 1(2)B21-NO34K with concurrence from the Operations and Chemistry l Departments. The UFSAR Section 9.3.2.3 was revised to reflect these specific
( sampling locations.
! PROCEDURE LOA-RX-101 REVISION 1, UNIT 1 CONTROL ROOM EVACUATION ABNORMAL The procedure revision consisted of the following:
. Deleted steps B.1.18 and B.1.19 which provided the option to allow for NOT opening RPS breakers CB2A and CB2B if MSIV closure, vessel isolation, and containment isolation was NOT desired. in addition, the change deleted logic which involved the MSIVs open, Steps B.1.28,31, and 34, since actions will now always be taken based on the MSIVs closed.
. Changed step B.1.23.4 (RNO) to state, " operate one SRV" for maintaining less than 1000 psig and Step B.1.34 (AER) to state " operate two SRVs as necessary" for cooldown. This change was done to be consistent with UFSAR Section 7.4.4.3.
l
. Changed step B.136 (AER) and B.1.36.1 (RNO) from "135 psig" to "100 psig" to be
!- consistent with Step B.1.34 and agree with the wording in UFSAR Section 7.4.4.3.
. UFSAR Section 7.4.4.3 paragraph I was changed to comply with Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs). UFSAR Section 7.4.4.3 paragraph p was updated to reflect current operating practice.

UFSAR REVISION TO REFLECT THE REPLACEMENT OF THE l ANDERSON / GREENWOOD 2" DOUBLE BLDCK VALVES 1E21f331 AND 1E21- 1 F332, DESIGN CHANGE PACKAGE (DCP)
C00I9@
The block valves located on the Low Pressure Core Spray (LPCS) pump suction line were replaced with a single valve assembly. This was done due to through-seat l leakage and the Anderson / Greenwood double block valve being obsolete. A gate valve replaced the double block valve since it is less susceptible to becoming a crud i trap. UFSAR drawing M-94, "LPCS" was revised to reflect this change.
REVISION TO UFSAR SECTION 12.5.3.3.1, " PERSONNEL INTERNAL EXPOSURE i PROGRAM DURING ACCIDENT CONDITIONS" UFSAR Section 12.5.3.3.1 was revised to remove specific reference to Corporate Procedure CEPIP-3103-1 and added a reference to corporate implementing procedures.
l REVISION TO UFSAR SECTION 13.3, " EMERGENCY PLANNING" UFSAR Section 13.3 was revised to more accurately describe the description of the i Generating Station Emergency Plan (GSEP). l REVISION TO UFSAR SECTION 9.2.1.3 PER OPERABILITY EVALUATION 97-058 UFSAR Section 9.2.1.3 states the maximum flow velocity to be 5 feet per second (fps) l in the 54" b'. pass line, which provides an emergency source of water to the service I water tunnel, in the event of complete failure (blockage) of the traveling screens.
However, calculation L-000671 concluded the actual flow velocity to be 9.49 fps with the line free of sediment, and 18.9 fps with the line 20% blocked with sediment. The specific flow velocity is not relevant to the issue of debris blockage. UFSAR Section 9.2.1.3 was revised to reflect the increased flow velocity The operation of the 54" bypass line and the systems which take suction off of the service water tunnel, including interfaces, remain unchanged.
REVISION TO UFSAR CHAPTERS 15.0, ACCIDENT ANALYSES, AND 15.A, CYCLE SPECIFIC SAFETY ANALYSES UFSAR Sections 15.0.8,15.A.4,15.A.5,15.A.6, and Table 15.A-1 were revised to update documents referenced in these sections. The referenceo documents consist of ;
