h The summaries of two safety evaluations reported in the Reference contained editorial errors.
The summary of the revision to UFSAR drawing M-94 for the low pressure core spray system was associated with Design Change Package 9600374. The Reference erroneously stated Design Change Package 9700374.
The summary of procedures NEP-18-04 and Appendix NEP-18-04LA reported that UFSAR Subsection 3.7.3.2.2 was revised to be consistent with paragraph 6.6.5 of IEEE-374-1975. The UFSAR was revised to achieve consistency with IEEE-344-1975.
Copies of the marked up pages are provided in Attachment A and copies of the corrected pages are provided in Attachment B.
The associated UFSAR changes were correctly incorporated.
