Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station Operating License No. NPF-12 Docket No. 50/395 Operator Licenses Gentlemen:
This letter serves to notify the NRC of two individuals, currently holding Senior Reactor Operator Licenses for the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station, who have requested to be removed from the South Carolina Electric & Gas Company list of qualified licensed operators. The individuals have not participated in the requalification program necessary to maintain the conditions of their licenses. They fill positions for which a license is desirable, but is not mandatory per the station Technical Specifications.
