installation to conform to,the 10.CFR-50.62 ATWS Rule,(TAC'Nos. 59128/59129),-

as stated in the February 24,'1989 letter, are; acceptable. These implementa-tion dates 'are tied to the' completion of the refueling outages scheduled 'for 1989. Currently, Point' Beach Unit No. l's refueling outage is: scheduled for 4

completion May. 12; 1989, rand Point Beach Unit No. 2's refueling. outage is scheduled for completion November 17, 1989.

The' licensee is requested to inform th6 Comission, in writing, of any signifi ;

cant changes in the estimated'completionLschedule identified in the. February 24,.
