PENDING STRIKE OF PLANT OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL Both licensee and Union (Utility Workers of America, Local No. 246, AFL-CIO) representatives have reported to the Region V (San Francisco) :
office that an impasse in contract negotiations was reached in February l 1978, following which SCE cancelled the contract effective May 5,1978. l' A strike vote by the Union on March 22, 1978 passed 761 to 28.
