purpose of this inspection was to review the implementation of.the. licensee's

The enclosed' copy of our inspection report identifies areas examined during
the inspection. .Within these areas, the. inspection consisted of a selective
examination of procedures and representative records, observations, and
interviews with personnel.
During this inspection, certain of your activities appeared to be_ in violation
!
of NRC requirements, as described in the enclosed Notice. The inspection
!
.showed that actions had been taken to correct the identified violation and
i
to prevent recurrence. Our understanding of your corrective actions is
i
described in Paragraph 4 of the enclosed inspection report.
Consequently,
no reply to the violation is required and we have no further questions
regarding this matter at this time.
In_accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a' copy of

this letter and the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the NRC
Public Document Room.
