Docket No. 50-219 NRC Inspection Report 88-33 Response to Safeguards Violations In a letter dated February 22, 1989, the NRC identified two safeguards violations and requested a response w thin 30 days. GPUN requested an additional three weeks to prepare a response and this request was granted by Mr. E. Collins, NRC Resident Inspector, after consulting with Mr. C. Cowgill, Chief, Reactor Projects Section 1-A.

Accordingly, we will submit a response by April 14, 1989.
